    Shipping

    Every piece in our collections is truly handmade. We strive to keep each traditional technique alive by creating extraordinary pieces in small batches and in many cases, made to order just for you. The items on stock will ship in the next business day. However some of our products are not available for immediate shipment, if this is the case the turnaround time for your order will be communicated to you within 24 hours of your order being place by email at the email address you have provide us with.

    RETURN POLICY

    Our team strives for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any product, please read our returns policy below and email info@hibiscuslinens.com

    Domestic Return Policy

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
    • Returns are for store credit or merchandise exchangeonly.
    • We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.  
    • All items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale only.
    • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Pieces personalized or made to order are consider custom orders.
    • We do notprice adjust
    • A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your store credit/exchange to cover the cost of returning the product.

    On Sale Purchases Are Not Eligible For Return or Exchange

    • Products purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    • Products purchased with a promo code cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    International Return Policy

    All international purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

    Exchange/Store Credit Processing Time

    In order to have your store credit initiated or exchange sent out, you must email info@hibiscuslinens.com confirmation of the return shipment. 

    Defective Items

    Please email info@hibiscuslinens.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement piece.
